All reservations must be guaranteed with a 50% advance payment at the time of reservation which will enable the hotel to hold the reservations on a tentative basis.
Remaining Balance is to be paid in full 07 days prior to check in which will enable the hotel to hold the reservations on a definite basis.
Cancellation between 44 to 25 days of guests scheduled arrival at the hotel – 50% of the advance will be forfeited.
Cancellation between 24 to 10 days of guests scheduled arrival at the hotel – 75% of the advance will be forfeited.
Cancellation within 10 days of guests scheduled arrival at the hotel – Entire amount would be forfeited.
All cancellations within 7 days of Check in will attract 100% retention applicable.
All bookings from 20 December to 05 January must be guaranteed with a 100% advance payment at the time of reservation which will enable the hotel to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis

Extra nights will be charged on pro-rata basis.
Early arrivals and late departures will incur additional charges and subject to availability
As the Ayurveda system of treatment is strictly personalized, the exact treatment and medicines shall be determined after a detailed consultation with the Ayurveda Physician
For body massages, Gentlemen will have male therapists and Ladies will be attended by female therapists.
If guests have previous medical history, it is mandatory to share the same with our Ayurveda Physician
Medicines required post treatment shall ne made available on request at additional charges
The treatments, which are given along with the packages may vary according the body constitution and condition of the guest
Uniquely prepared herbal oils especially suited for the body constitution shall be used for the therapies
Some of the programs are not suitable for very aged (above 80 years) and very younger (under 08 years), heart patients and pregnant women
If the guest have any previous medical history, it is mandatory to share the same with our Ayurveda Physician prior to the arrival or during the initial consultation
All guests require prior appointment for treatment sessions

The centre does not accept the responsibility for the payment of bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of money from your account to our bank. Any such fees or charges are your responsibility and cannot deducted from payments.
